We are a team of dedicated specialists in Winston-Salem, NC, focused on craftsmanship, precision, and long-term durability. If you are looking for a career where your work stands the test of time, you’ve found it.

You will guide customers through the journey of designing and purchasing their custom steel structure. You are the “face” of High Quality Steel Structures, turning a homeowner’s vision into a technical reality.
Conduct consultations, provide accurate quotes using design software, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
2+ years in sales (preferably in construction, home improvement, or metal buildings). Ability to read basic site plans and a track record of meeting monthly quotas.
Lead and coach our team of Building Specialists. You will analyze market trends in NC/SC and optimize sales strategies to hit aggressive growth targets.
Hire and train staff, set sales quotas, review contract accuracy, and resolve high-level customer concerns.
5+ years in sales leadership, specifically within the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) or construction industry. Proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot) is essential.
The “Conductor” of our operations. You coordinate between our manufacturing partners, site preparation teams, and the customer to ensure every building is delivered on time.
Map out installation timelines, manage delivery logistics, and adjust schedules based on weather or site-readiness updates.
3+ years in construction scheduling or logistics. Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software. Must be highly detail-oriented.
The first point of contact for our customers. You provide a warm welcome and ensure that every caller is directed to the right specialist quickly and professionally.
Manage high-volume phone lines, greet showroom visitors, and handle incoming digital inquiries.
1-2 years in a professional office or retail environment. Excellent verbal communication and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Support the daily operations of the Winston-Salem office by managing the “paperwork” of construction—permits, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Process order paperwork, maintain digital files, assist with billing/deposits, and support the General Manager.
2+ years of administrative experience. Background in a construction or trade-office environment is a significant plus. Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
Your goal is post-sale satisfaction. You ensure that from the moment the deposit is paid to the final bolt being tightened, the customer feels supported and informed.
Manage the “after-sales” journey, handle warranty inquiries, collect project testimonials/photos, and resolve any installation-related grievances.
3+ years in customer success or account management. High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in the building trades is preferred to answer technical questions.
